About Ismail
Ismail is an enthusiastic new member of the ARize team. While he is pretty new to the crypto space, he’s already come a long way and shown he has just what it takes to be part of the team.
Originally a moderator for the company, Ismail is now our new Community Manager. He brings various experiences, from being a freelance worker specializing in startup companies to a stint at Decubate, where he honed some of his volunteering skills.
With a firm grasp of analytics, flexibility, and the patience to create interactive communities, Ismail is dedicated to listening to the community’s needs, building positive environments, and upholding the brand’s reputation.

On what appealed to him about ARize: “One of the first things that caught my attention was the idea and technology that forms the basis of ARize, the effort to bring together the world of art and visual/digital design on blockchain, and the opportunity to contribute to this effort.”

Sara Badiee
About Sara
Sara has only been in her field for around a year, and ARize is her first job! We’re happy to be able to set her on a rewarding and fulfilling career path that will let her use the skills she has and learn lots of new ones!
As a UX designer, she tends to be curious about people, their needs, and their problems. She believes empathy is the key to success, and UX designers must keep this at the forefront of their work. We look forward to seeing what she can achieve, making ARize’s interfaces as user-friendly as possible.

Chloe Beckand Verwee
About Chloe
Chloe has worked in the finance field for over three years and previously worked for such companies as BenHousing Rotterdam, Verlaan Zoetermeer, and Onesta Den Haag, specializing in Real Estate before her move into the tech space.
In her previous roles, she has been known for making ways of working more efficient and introducing new, effective processes, something we’re sure she’ll bring to the table in this role.
As a Finance Executive, Chloe will be responsible for anything finance related, including preparing balance sheets, processing invoices, etc.

Her role at ARize will see her combine her expert knowledge with the tech landscape and use statistical and mathematical concepts to make sure we are on trend with the questions being asked and the conversations happening in the tech world to allow us to give our customers and audience at large precisely what they need through our various channels.

What appealed to her about ARize: “I’m extremely interested in learning and excelling at new technologies. It would allow me to use my previous experience while continuing to develop my expertise in new areas of responsibility. Also, I’m interested in creative problem-solving, a skill I developed while working as an analyst for the past 6 years.”
On what she hopes to achieve at the company: “I see that this position requires someone who is an innovative and strategic thinker. Along with growing professionally, I am excited that the company offers various learning opportunities. Such opportunities directly align with my goals. I can see myself growing with this company with this kind of support. Also, I want to stress that I came here primarily to give and not to take.
